Farouk Manar is an independent designer and full-stack web developer based in Casablanca who builds websites for Marrakech businesses. He creates multilingual sites, booking-ready pages and online stores for riads, boutique hotels, restaurants, tour operators and artisans, working remotely by video and travelling to Marrakech for workshops when the project needs it.
Marrakech lives on hospitality. Riads, boutique hotels, guesthouses and restaurants compete for travellers who often discover them on booking platforms, then look for an official site before deciding. That site has to carry the atmosphere of the place, answer practical questions quickly and make it easy to book or enquire directly, in the languages guests actually speak. I design for that moment: strong imagery, clear room pages and fast mobile performance.
The city is also a stage for makers and experiences: artisans and design brands rooted in the medina’s crafts, concept stores in Guéliz, tour operators heading to the Atlas and the desert, and planners behind weddings and corporate events. Each needs a different tool, from an editorial portfolio to a product catalogue or an online store that ships abroad. The Alps Travel project shows how storytelling and practical trip details can share the same page.
I’m based in Casablanca and work with Marrakech clients mainly remotely, through video calls, shared mood boards and live staging links. When a project benefits from being on site, to understand the spaces, meet the team or plan content, I can travel to Marrakech for a workshop. After launch, I can stay on for updates, seasonal content and performance tuning as your offer evolves.

Do you meet clients in Marrakech?+
I’m based in Casablanca and work with Marrakech clients remotely by video for most of the project. When it helps, for example to understand your spaces or plan content, I can travel to Marrakech for a workshop.
Can guests book or enquire directly on the site?+
Yes. The site can include a clear booking or enquiry flow, link to or embed the booking engine you already use, or, for more specific needs, a custom reservation module. The goal is to make direct contact simple.
Can the site be in French, English and Arabic?+
Yes. I build sites in French, English and Arabic, with a properly designed right-to-left layout for Arabic. For an international clientele, each version is written to read naturally, not translated word for word.
