Web developer in Tangier
Farouk Manar is an independent designer and full-stack web developer based in Casablanca who works with Tangier companies. He builds B2B websites, multilingual corporate sites and custom web applications for logistics, manufacturing, import–export and hospitality businesses, collaborating remotely day to day and travelling to Tangier for workshops when a project requires it.
Tangier sits where the Atlantic meets the Mediterranean, a short crossing from Spain. The Tanger Med port complex and the region’s industrial and free zones have made it one of Morocco’s main gateways for trade, attracting logistics operators, freight forwarders and manufacturers, including a major automotive cluster. Their clients and partners are often European, so a website has to speak their language, both literally and professionally.
For these companies, the web is rarely just a showcase. It can be a portal where partners track orders, a catalogue that supports quote requests, a careers section for skilled profiles, or an internal tool that keeps stock and suppliers in one place. Modus, the multi-organization platform I built for stock, orders and finance, reflects that approach: structured data, clear roles and interfaces people can use under pressure.
Tangier is linked to Casablanca, where I’m based, by high-speed rail, which makes on-site workshops practical when a project needs them. Day to day, we work remotely: a shared roadmap, video reviews and staging links your team can test. The city’s hospitality and residential real estate players benefit from the same process, with editorial sites that present projects and places with care.

FAQ · Tangier
Good questions. Straight answers.
Do you come to Tangier for meetings?+
When the project requires it, yes. I’m based in Casablanca and run most of the work remotely by video. The high-speed train makes it practical to come to Tangier for kickoff workshops or key reviews.
Can the site address European and Moroccan partners?+
Yes. I build sites in English, French and Arabic, including right-to-left layouts for Arabic. The structure can also accommodate other languages, such as Spanish, using translations you provide.
How is pricing set for a B2B platform?+
Each project is scoped individually. A short brief on your users, workflows and integrations lets me propose a clear scope, phases and budget. Complex platforms can be delivered in stages, starting with the most valuable features.
